At what point in the enrollment process am I committed to my order? You are not committed to your order you enter your credit card information and click on the 'Place Order' button.
How will my distance-learning course materials be shipped, and when will they arrive? We ship on the same day the order arrives.
What is your return policy? You are fully protected under our 30 day no-risk trial and money back guarantee. It is our policy to guarantee your satisfaction by allowing you to examine your course for 30 days without risk or obligation. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return the material you have received and you will be given a full refund, no questions asked.
If, for any reason, you should decide to discontinue your training after the 30 day trial, there will be no further charges and you may keep all the material that you have received. If you return the course after this time period you will receive a pro-rated refund for each Part completed. You are under no obligation whatsoever. You do not have to sign a contract.
Please note: Refunds only apply to Plans A and B. There are no refunds for downloaded course materials (Plan C).
What forms of payment do you accept online? We accept VISA, AMEX and Discover.
Will my order be taxed? There is no federal or state sales tax imposed in any state on the cost of our educational services and materials.
How safe is it to enroll online?
Our shopping system employs Secure Socket Layers, or SSL protocol, to encrypt your payment and shipping information with a pair of uniquely matched keys. The public key encrypts customer orders, so that they can only be decrypted by the holder of the private key - Global School of Investigation.
Global School of Investigation is also a verified Authorize.Net merchant.

Is my personal information secure with Global?
Absolutely. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone outside of Global School of Investigation. Your privacy is as important to us as your business.
Is there a time limit on completing the course?
No! Learn at your own pace. There is no time limit on how long you can take to complete the course.
What kind of jobs can I apply for with this training?
In many cases you can start working as an investigator even while you’re still going through the course. There are a variety of jobs you become eligible for with Global’s training. Here are just a few (this section is coming soon):

Do I need a license to work as a private investigator?

Does completing the Global training allow me to carry a gun?
No. Check your local and state laws for gun licensing, but understand that a gun is not a necessary part of private investigation.
