At what point in the enrollment process am I committed to my order? You are not committed to your order until Step 5, when you enter your credit card information and click on the 'SSL Secure Payment' button.
How will my distance-learning course materials be shipped, and when will they arrive? We ship on the same day the order arrives.
What is your return policy? You are fully protected under our 15 day no-risk trial and money back guarantee. It is our policy to guarantee your satisfaction by allowing you to examine your course for 15 days without risk or obligation. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return the material you have received and you will be given a full refund, no questions asked.
If, for any reason, you should decide to discontinue your training after the 15 day trial, there will be no further charges and you may keep all the material that you have received. If you return the course after this time period you will receive a pro-rated refund for each Part completed. You are under no obligation whatsoever. You do not have to sign a contract.
